At Woodcraft Industries we are committed to environmental responsibility and the manufacturing of products that have minimal impact on our planet. This commitment extends throughout our manufacturing process and supply chain. We stress the importance of building strategic relationships with companies and organizations that provide solutions that complement our initiative of reducing our environmental footprint.

• Recycled content, indoor air quality, waste reduction and efficient processes are among the attributes that we look for in the products and services we offer. Our goal is to provide our customers with solutions that best meet the demands of their clients while striving for environmental responsibility.

Executive Statement: Woodcraft Industries will:

• Manage its operations in a manner that is protective of the environment and human health.
• Seek new and innovative ways to meet our environmental goals through conservation, reduction, reuse and recycling programs to safeguard our environment.
• Apply these principles to achieve optimal environmental practices consistent with organizational goals and financial considerations.

In an effort to respect and protect the Earth’s resources and to minimize environmental damage Woodcraft Industries will:

• Manage, minimize, and eliminate, whenever possible the use of hazardous materials.
• Protect the environment through a preference for products which contain recycled materials, are recyclable or reusable, and cause the least amount of environmental harm during manufacturing, use and disposal.
• Support the forest management standards of SFI, and FSC.
• Support biodiversity, and we will not purchase any products coming from regions where ecosystems are threatened.
• Require that all panel products meet or exceed the Composite Panels Associations EPP certification.
• Comply with CPA 3-08 Specification For Environmentally Preferable Products California (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure 93120.
• Conserve energy and improve the energy efficiency of our operations.
• Ensure the health and safety of our employees by promoting safe work practices, and implementing effective emergency preparedness programs.
